Architectural design and construction of a two storey side and rear extension, including planning / building regulation approval.

Brampton, Chesterfield

Construction of UPVC conservatory, including break through to main property, foundations, floor, dwarf wall, heating, electrical, internal finishes and external paving / landscaping.

Town Centre, Chesterfield

Architectural design and construction of a single storey rear extension whilst minimising disruption to operational guest house, including planning / building regulation approval.

Somersall, Chesterfield

Installation of RSJ support & knock through, incorporating internal finishes, creating an open living area. Structural calculations arranged via associated specialists, to achieve building regulation approval.

Tapton, Chesterfield

Replacement UPVC doors and windows, to a pair of semi detached properties, meeting clients detailed specification.

Holme Hall, Chesterfield

Architectural design and construction of a detached garage, including planning / building regulation approval.

Walton, Chesterfield
